Hello, Healthcare Changemaker
The Wellness Collective is designed specifically for you. Every year we gather like-minded healthcare professionals from around the city to be reminded of why they said yes to this holy calling. This year our programming will be focused around Romans 12, zeroing in on reminders of what it means to be the good in the midst of evil and dark places. The work you do is crucial to building the Kingdom of Heaven, here on earth. Practitioners, nurses, clinical staff, and administrative staff will all find applicable learning and encouragement throughout the conference. Come be encouraged in your work and equipped in your faith. We can guarantee laughter, some surprise and delight, new friends, and that you'll leave refreshed!

Global Vice President of Digital Strategies
Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru)
Cheryl has over three decades of evangelism and discipleship ministry experience with Campus Crusade for Christ International™. She earned a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University, driven by her passion to help the church meaningfully engage those who see Christianity as irrelevant. Cheryl serves as the Global Vice President for Digital Strategies, where she has been at the forefront of digital strategies, training and developing leaders to leverage technology for the advancement of the gospel. Prior to her leadership in digital strategies, Cheryl spent 17 years serving in Cru’s campus ministry, the majority of which she spent leading student movements in Russia. Though her ministry role has Cheryl traveling the world frequently, she is based in Dallas Texas near family and is a member of All Saints Dallas where she serves on the Board of Stewards.

Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship
Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Isaac attended and ran track at Texas Tech University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management. During college Isaac began following Jesus and through his local church began preaching the Scriptures. He is currently a member of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church where he has been serving as a youth coordinator with the NextGen ministry and periodically rotates through the teaching team. He and his wife Courtney have two sons, Azariah and Joshua. He will complete his Master of Theology Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in May of this year with hopes of pursuing a PhD. Isaac is passionate about preaching the scriptures so that men and women are equipped to live for Jesus and build the kingdom of God to the Glory of God.

Getting Practical- The Gospel in Everyday Medecine
During this main-stage panel discussion, healthcare professionals from all areas will discuss how they live out their faith in a practical way in their day-to-day work. Panelists include Physicians, Nurses, and mental health professionals and topics will cover both engaging with patients as well as living out Romans 12 among healthcare worker peers.

The Power of Proximity: The Gift of Serving the Poor in Spirit
What does it look like to be the good when systems fail the most vulnerable in our city? This breakout will ground us in a biblical understanding of Jesus' presence among those on the margins of society and what it means to do justice as His followers. Using Micah 6:8 as our framework, we'll highlight the importance of proximity to those on the margins and through a panel discussion offer practical wisdom for caring well across diverse contexts. Through Scripture, lived experience, and panel conversation, participants will be encouraged whether they serve the marginalized daily through their work or are seeking creative ways to live out these principles.

Participants in this healing and service based profession will be encouraged and refreshed by Jesus as the example.
