We know Healthcare often feels like an uphill battle. You’re navigating a broken system, balancing overwhelming schedules, and striving to show compassion even on the toughest days. It’s exhausting—but you’re not alone. We understand the weight of this calling because we’ve been in the trenches alongside you.
That's why we created the Wellness Collective—a movement to celebrate the commitment of healthcare workers and champion their resilience and wellbeing. You don't have to tackle this calling alone, and we actually believe that together we will redeem healthcare, one person at a time.
We know the world can be a dark place, and in healthcare we're often serving individuals who have faced some of the greatest injustices and hardships. What does it look like to not be overcome by evil as we serve in hard places and broken systems? How do we engage darkness without letting it dim our light?
Join us for our 3rd annual Wellness Collective to gather with other healthcare professionals, be equipped in your faith, and re-energized in your work.
