Positions clarify each location and are labeled as Cross-Clinic (All Locations), Watermark Urgent Care Skillman Clinic, Watermark Urgent Care Mobile Clinic, CityBridge Urgent Care (formerly known as Watermark Urgent Care Plano Clinic).
Director of Marketing and Development
Watermark Health is seeking a talented individual to join our team as Director of Marketing and Development. This individual will work alongside the Executive Director and the Watermark Health Board to oversee and manage the direction and strategy of Watermark Health in the areas of marketing, communications, and development. This individual will have the opportunity to build and develop processes and structure as they steward the initiatives listed.
Location: Watermark Health Offices (includes occasional multi-site travel)
Status: Full-Time Salaried (Benefits Eligible)

Today, our volunteers are still the heartbeat of who we are and there are spots to serve six days a week! Many of our current staff served as volunteers before joining our team and our volunteers often find out about open roles before we post them publicly.
